Description Introduction


S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Armories (which stands for Shadow Panther Engineering Complete Terrorist Removal Entity) was created back in 3055 (then, it was known as FoxFire armories).

ARMORY HISTORY: 

Spectre armories began its life as Foxfire armories, and was created by the Terran Hegemony back in 3045. The Terran Hegemony used their armory to serve as their primary weapons supplier.
3 years after their creation, Foxfire armories fled the Terran hegemony in an attempt to escape the dictatorship that had once controlled them. They decided to leave the Inner Sphere entirely and headed into clan space.
After 6 months of traveling, the jumpships and other carriers, were attacked by Steelviper warships. The Vipers destroyed 2 of the armory's mech construction bays on board their main Jumpship and took out 4 fast attack scout ships until a cease-fire was agreed upon. Soon after matters were settled, and their neutrality was declared, the Vipers gave Foxfire armories 110 clan engineers, 4 scout ships, and 3 clan Omni-mech construction bays as compensation for mistaking them as enemies. 

For about 5 more years, Foxfire armories, whose name was immediately changed to Core Prime Industrial Armories, worked for the Steelvipers as a raid team (and weapons manufacturer) robbing transports and cargo ships of their precious items. The armory was allowed to keep select items they stole; at the same time, they were storing most of the rewards they received. When Core Prime Industrial Armories had built up enough equipment, they left the Steelvipers and began freelancing as a mercenary group. They changed their name, this time to Starfire armories. For another 2 years, they were "hire for contract" assassins/armory, working for the clans and Inner Sphere alike. 
Still, the CEO continued to build up equipment and manpower to the point where they required a planetary base of operations for themselves. Due to this problem, they decided to relocate. Starfire Armory�s destination became the clan Nova Cats. This was the birth of the Terran Commonwealth.

BIRTH OF THE TERRAN COMMONWEALTH; TERRAN COMONWEALTH HISTORY: 

The Terran Commonwealth was born out of a cooperative initiative by two of the most influential leaders in the Inner Sphere; the Khan of the Clan Nova Cats and the leader the Core Prime Industrial Armories, Jack Dontell. The alliance between these two men was formalized on March 27th 3052. Of coarse, there were many differences between the two, one of which being the fact that the armory had come from the clans and was now searching for a home the Inner Sphere. Jack Dontell, the current leader of the armory, settled this with a simple statement �We were originally formed in the �Inner Sphere�. To be more precise, we were a joint project among the Periphery. The Terran Hegemony first owned this armory. However, we found them unfit to own us and we left, seeking someone to hire our services�. Things went much more smoothly after this argument had been cleared up. Although they were allowed to stay on Irece, several things had to be agreed upon in order for the alliance to survive.
The first coarse of action, taken the Nova Cats, after they accepted the new armory into their space, was to send in a new leader; one who would not rule the armory like its former leader. Jack had thought of the armory as a community of sorts, a small nation, a, military body that was large enough to be a separate, ruling faction. This notion was extremely rebellious in the eyes of the clan. So, they sent a new leader to take over. This leader�s name was Tana Kaufman and he took control on June 5th 3052. Jack Dontell was very much displeased with this action and attempted to stand his ground through use of well thought up arguments. This, however, was futile and in the end, he was forced to step down. Tana did not want to see the former leader lose his place like that so he offered him the spot of Vice-CEO of the new armory. Dontell rejected this offer with harsh curses and left. In response to this, all of those loyal to him departed, as well. This left Tana at a terrible loss. Nearly 75% of all the workers/engineers had been quite loyal to their former CEO. To make up for this loss, Tana set in motion, a group of projects. Included in these projects were the formation of an elite military strike force and the re-construction of the armory. He also promised that some day, Jack Dontell�s dream (to build his own nation) would be attained. When some of the retired engineers heard this, they returned to work for Tana. They worked with even more fever than they had before. Of coarse, Jack heard about this but all he had to say were curses that the Nova Cats had made their greatest mistake.
Over the next few months, Tana had brought the armory back to life, so to speak. Everybody was working hard, the pay was exceptionally good, and Tana had the unyielding support of most of the Inner Sphere. Two months after Tana�s inauguration, the name of the armory was changed. Instead of being Core Prime Industrial Armories, it became S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Armories (pronounced as Specter. It is the English way of saying and spelling it). The acronym, S.P.E.C.T.R.E. stood for Shadow Panther Engineering Complete Terrorist Removal Entity. This name struck a chord in Victor Steiner-Davion�s heart, for he had waiting for such a faction to rise up against the Crusader clans. From then on, Victor had large sums of money flowing into Tana�s wallet. The Draconis Combine became the armory�s greatest client and sponsor. Everything made by Tana�s engineers found its way into the Combine�s military. 
The part of Spectre armories that designs/blueprints, develops, tests, and makes available all new equipment is known as Shadow Panther Engineering. The part that is sworn against the crusader clans is the military force Tana had promised to create. It had taken him all three years of his service, as CEO of the armory, just to get started on that force. But now, he was getting old and could not continue. Though he was relatively young, about forty-two years old, Tana did not want to spend his entire life working as a company leader. On February 17th 3055, Tana retired and his son, Zane Logan, took his place. Zane turned out to be a very strong leader and continued in his father�s steps. Three months later, Zane completed the military force and named it, the Steel Panzer Elite Shadow Legion. This force was comprised mainly of fast, assault mechs, a large contingent of support fighters and bombers, and some support vehicles. The Steel Panzer Elite Shadow Legion (SPESL) won many fights against rival armories and terrorist factions loyal to the clans. 
The greatest feat, achieved by Zane, was the formation of a brand new nation. On November 21st 3056, Zane went to the Khan of the Nova Cats and made an interesting proposal. He requested that the Khan give to him several planets in the surrounding area of the Nova Cats. He continued with, �I do believe that we are very well off, sir. And, I also think that Spectre Armories has grown too large to be housed on Irece. It could be useful to the both of us if I were given a number of habitable planets.� The Khan, not very pleased with this offer, first rejected it, finding it extremely similar to the ideal of Jack Dontell. After much arguing, yelling, and offers, the Khan gave in to Zane�s proposal. He gave Zane five habitable planets, each with a space of approximately one jump between them; to do whatever he saw fit. However, there were strings tied to this agreement. First, all weapons and equipment made by the Armory had to be made readily available to the Nova Cats and second, Zane was not permitted to develop such a large military that he could take over some of the Nova Cat�s worlds. Zane again argued with the latter restriction until it was dropped. As a replacement, the Khan made absolutely sure that Zane paid in full the price agreed upon for each planet.
On November 30th 3056, Zane began planning for the re-location of Spectre Armories. This took a good three months to complete (he moved the armory completely to Irece where it would work temporarily until the Commonwealth was complete.). Afterwards, Zane gave names to the five planets and started working on how to populate them (the names were later changed, as Zane thought it would be better for the teams working on the construction to make names that suited the planets.). The latter was a very difficult task because it was hard to get people to move some place that they know nothing about. Zane dealt with this by fully developing the planets. He had massive cities constructed, huge airports and spaceports built, and hundreds of historical monuments erected. In all, he spent a fortune on this but he had the support of the Prince. Victor sent a few thousand construction workers and engineers over to assist Zane. In return, Zane paid the workers handsomely for their support. In one year, all five planets were suitable for population. Now came the difficult part. Zane and his sponsors had to convince the people that these places were great to live in. This was fruitless and soon, money was beginning to disappear. Zane, now getting desperate talked to other nation leaders for help. Most had agreed to help him for the exception of the Federated Suns, the Periphery, and the Lyran Alliance. Upon entering Lyran airspace, Zane was ordered to return to his �cubby hole�. Obviously, they were not happy with his accomplishments. Another nation who showed much hostility was the Free RasalHague Republic. They had tried attacking the armory several times before but gave up when the SPESL was developed. Zane had better luck with the Federated Suns. He convinced them that he was not trying to create an extension of the clans within the Inner Sphere. The easiest nations to deal with were the St. Ives Compact and the Cappellan Confederation. Due to their small size, they willing accepted Zane�s request for help in trying to populate the planets. However, even after his dealing with the other nations, the five planets remained unpopulated. With money quickly being depleted, most of the assistant workers returned to their homes in the Draconis Combine. Zane now losing morale began to weaken, mentally. Then, the next day after his arrival back from his trips, the Vice-CEO thought of the one missing link. �Zane, I have noticed how things are going.�
�Oh you have?� Zane said bitterly.
�Ahem, you have forgotten one important detail in this project.�
�And what would that be?� 
�A government.�
When the word government was spoken, it went pierced Zane�s mind like a knife through butter. This little insight was the key to attracting a population. Thanking his friend profusely, Zane stormed into his office and started planning things out. Later that evening, Zane�s father had come to see how things were going. After hearing of his arrival, Zane bounced out of his chair to greet Tana. Both of them spent all of their time together trying to formulate a government that would better suite a clan-oriented society (they were, after all, an independent extension of the Nova Cats). Then, on March 2nd 3064, Zane erected a government that would please all. He erected a commonwealth. Instead of literally governing all five planets, Zane chose that its own civilian chosen leader would govern each planet. Each leader of each planet could govern the people in all ways he saw fit. However, No law or military action taken by that leader could be passed without the written approval of the CEO at Spectre Armories. So, in essence, the form of government was similar to both the clan�s and the Inner Sphere�s ways. Plus, Zane would choose the first ten leaders. Two for each planet. One president and one vice-president.
That same day, Zane and his father each chose a name for the new nation. Zane chose the name: clan Spectre, after the spirits (spectres) that usually haunt a person at night, while Tana chose the name: the Terran Commonwealth. Zane talked to Tana for a while about the right name to use and in the end, both were chosen. To the people and the other clans, this new nation was known as the clan Spectre. And to the Inner Sphere, it was known as the Terran Commonwealth. 
Apparently, the formation of a government was what the people were waiting for. Soon, people were coming in from all sides and in two years, each planet was populated to 12% of their maximum capacity. This was not actually a great number of people because each planet was quite large. The largest planet was five times the size of earth and the smallest was twice as large as earth. Statistically, each planet has at least one billion people. On June 2nd 3065, Zane tried to entice more people by boldly stating that the Terran Commonwealth was a safe haven for ALL crusader clan defectors. This infuriated the Wolf clan even more than their defeat at Strana Mechty. Victor, however, spent much time laughing at the statement. In response to that degree of insult, Khan Vladimir Ward sent a highly skilled mercenary team to devastate the Terran Commonwealth. They met with an untimely death when a Draconis Combine fleet intercepted the band of mercenaries and destroyed them all. Victor displayed this act of terrorism as a breach of the treaty made on Strana Mechty. Vlad ignored the remark and continued with his re-building of his clan. Zane then thanked Victor for the favor and asked what he would like in return. Victor again laughed at Zane and said he needed nothing in return, for he was just helping out a comrade. In a couple of months, more people came to the Commonwealth. This time, though, they were not from around here. These people were clan defectors. Approximately two hundred and thirty-one defectors had come for a home. Half of them were engineers who had defected from the clan Jade Falcon. And the rest was a mixture of solahma warriors from other crusader clans. Zane welcomed the new crowd but received a blunt, �I am trusting that will see to it that we are not hunted for our decision to come here�. Zane assured that were safe and then led them to a vehicle that would take them to the city.
For the rest of the year, the population increased slowly. Jobs were plentiful and wages were once again exceptional. Finally, all of the main projects had been completed. From that point on, Zane and Tana worked side by side on every project. Zane would oversee everything going on in the Terran Commonwealth, almost as though he the Khan of this nation. And Tana would oversee the work done at Spectre Armories. Even Zane�s two sons wanted to take part in his work, but because they were just adolescent, they to had to participate in military training.

SOCIETY: 

Ever since the attack from the mercenary squad sent by Vladimir Ward, security had picked up. The society on each of the planets had changed dramatically. Military operations were frequent, common law enforcement was stricter, and extreme security was placed on certain privileges. Defectors were watched very carefully and most of them had tracking implants surgically inserted into their skulls or back. Clansmen were kept under heavy surveillance to ensure they had not lied about their defecting status. When they proved their loyalty, the regulations and surveillance would slowly lower until they were equal in status to their Inner Sphere equivalents. 
The Terran Commonwealth adheres to many of the beliefs and traditions of the clans. Topics like the Caste system, the Trials, the harsh training procedures, and the unusual grammatical usage were used. However, the training programs were less stressful even though the same results are still achieved.
Members of different castes usually stayed away from each other. Mostly because they think they were too good to be with lower class clansmen. The Inner Sphere populace doesn�t care about these things and just live their lives. While others, ignorant of the system, still associate themselves with lower class people.
Crime is rarely a problem because the laws are very specific, almost martial. The penalty for most crimes is death.
The training programs undertaken are not as harsh as the way most clans do it. Children are trained from the moment they are able to walk to the time they have passed the Trial of Position. They are taught to be the most efficient warriors without taking away their humanity, unlike the crusader clans, whom believe in the most efficient killers. If a trainee does not attain the desired position, he may seek re-training and then take the Trial of Position again. This, however, can be done only once. When a person returns, the re-training is many times harder. The trainee must be much more dedicated than he was before. This is the penalty for re-taking the Trial of Position.
Zane has chosen not to be entirely clan-like by making it illegal to have genetically altered births. All babies must be born through the process of live births. DNA from great warriors is still stored but not to be used for altering a child to be the best warrior there is. If it was discovered that any person was born via artificial breeding, the penalty for all whom participated in that action would be silenced without prior warning.

MILITARY: 

The military of the Terran Commonwealth is extremely large. The entire nation can participate in large-scale wars and still have enough military power left over to be able to protect its possessions. Tana took part in assembling the military of the Terran Commonwealth. He decided to completely change the names of the groups of military units. These names are as follows:
1 mech: Phantom
5 Phantoms: Nebular
2 or 3 Nebulas: Nova
5 Novas: Battalion 
5+ Battalions: Legion
A conventional infantry/elemental/power suite only group: Brigade

Unlike many clans, Tana places much emphasis in the use of aerospace fighters, infantry, and vehicles as support for the mechs that are in the field. This cuts down the costs of having to replace those expensive level 3 mechs. The following is a list of military forces and their veteran status:

GROUND FORCES: 

The Steel Panzer Elite Shadow Legion is the most elite of the Terran Commonwealth�s forces. They have a variety of units and are usually the first to see major combat. 
The Panzer Regiments is entirely equipped with mechs and stand the best alone without any support. These forces stay close to the worlds of the Commonwealth and defend them from any attackers. 
The Shadow Legion is also equipped with only mechs, but their style of units differ from all of the other forces. The Shadow Legion is composed of mechs that use stealth equipment, ranging from ECM�s to stealth armor. They also serve as potent snipers for the Steel Panzer Elite Shadow Legion.
The Shadow divisions are the true garrison forces of the Terran Commonwealth. The stay �on-planet� and serve as anti-militia and military defenders. They are composed primarily of tanks but also contain a large number of battlemechs and protomechs. 
The Strike Brigade is composed entirely of protomechs and usually assists the other military forces. Most of the time, they are split up so that some protomechs can serve in combat.

AIRFORCE: 

The Terran Commonwealth�s airforce is extremely versatile and is made up of only aerospace crafts. The reason for this is maximize the combat potential. Whereas conventional fighters are more maneuverable and cheaper to produce, they are met with serious disadvantages when up against aerospace vehicles. 

The Aerospace Divisions are the most frequently used airforce units. Though not as well trained as the interceptor squadron, they are skilled enough to have used in numerous wars involving the Inner Sphere. Most of the ships are equipped with heavy autocannons and other heavy-hitting weapons. Basically designed for bombing runs. The fighter squadrons are equipped with lasers and particle cannons for intense anti-aircraft/spacecraft runs. Some are equipped with missile launchers but the role air superiority is left the interceptor squadron.
The Spirits Divisions are the most elite set of fighter pilots available to the Commonwealth. They pilot swift, agile, aerospace fighters that are heavily equipped with anti-aircraft weapons of all sorts. Their armor is light but their speed more than compensates for this disadvantage. 

INFANTRY FORCES: 

The Phantom Brigade is a mixture of conventional infantry, elementals, and power suit units. They serve as the last section of the Terran Commonwealth�s military forces. The Conventional infantry serve as anti-militia and sometimes, in the field, they will assist other combat units. Elementals are always deployed in the field and their uses are beyond measure. They can perform roles that no other combat unit could perform. Such as, anti-armor attacks, trap setters, and convoy ambushes. Power suite infantry are the Special Forces of the Commonwealth. They are elite assassins who are dispatched in small groups and can take out several targets per mission. 
The Support Brigade is made of a mixture of infantry ranging from mechanics to medics. They are found in every combat force and are rarely found entirely in one single place at a single time. 


MERCENARIES: 

The Terran Commonwealth not only has a massive military force but also have their own group of mercenaries. These forces are of the most elite status and could easily serve as the Commonwealth�s personal military. However, their services are frequently required and their prices are very high due to their efficiency. Although they�re are constantly being hired, the Terran Commonwealth�s mercenaries are commonly found on Phoenix and serve special roles there. This is a list of the mercenaries of the Terran Commonwealth:

The mercenaries serve as the units that go into heavily occupied enemy territory to silence important leaders of galaxies, clusters, etc. They also are used to steal things of extremely high values to the enemy.
Most of the time, though, these forces are called upon to take on enemy forces themselves. Because of their way of combat, friendly casualties are minimized drastically. All of the mercenary forces are at the disposal of the Inner Sphere and the Warden Clans but their price, when working for the Warden Clans is quite high. They use this money to purchase high tech equipment from other armories.
The Chaos Spectres are the best of the mercenaries. They favor stealth units that can go into enemy territory and complete a job without making a sound. This is sometimes their weakness because most of the units are poorly armed for intense, war-like fighting. However, this is easily countered through the use of Omni-mechs. In fact, all of the combat mechs are Omni-mechs. If forced to fight in the day, they prefer to use guerilla tactics.
The Legionnaires are some of the most loved mercenary factions. They favor the old code of Chivalry and are ready to defend any nation from the clans. These troops were trained to minimize civilian casualties while maximizing enemy deaths. If necessary, they will put themselves in the line-of-fire to defend a civilian. This makes them very honorable in the eyes of the populace. Militarily, they are very similar to the Chaos Spectres. This includes fighting styles and force size. 
The Phantom Hawks and Shadow Hawks are exceptional at aerospace combat. Single handedly, these forces can take down warships and stations with relative ease. Against space units, they would create diversion to distract the enemy while hundreds of elite troops in power-suites board the craft. This power-suit infantry then cause a great deal of damage from the inside of the craft and leave. Later, the ships just explode from the inside. At ground combat, the Shadow Hawks like to fight at night, following the Chaos Spectre�s way of battle. The Phantom Hawks, however, favor daytime fighting. Both mercenaries love to fight in such ways that allow artillery, aircraft, and assault mechs with long-raged weapons to reign supreme. 

ALLIES AND ENEMIES: 

Being both clan and Inner Sphere, the Terran Commonwealth has under heavy criticism from both parties. The clans ridicule Zane for outlawing genetically altered births and for making themselves a �safe-haven� for defectors. Parts of the Inner Sphere criticize the Terran Commonwealth for being an extension of the clans and that one-day, they will try to use their location to assault the Inner Sphere from the inside. However, these critics are minor obstacles that will soon fall prey to Zane�s ideals. The Terran commonwealth is not an enemy of the Inner Sphere and one-day, they will be able to overpower the clans. That�is their true goal.
The Terran Commonwealth�s best allies are the Houses Kurita, Marik, and Liao; as well as the Clans Steelviper, Cloud Cobra, Diamond Shark, and Nova Cats.
As for enemies, every single Crusader Clan is an enemy. Enemies in the Inner Sphere are the Periphery.

Armory description: 

S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Armories develop fast attack yet heavy hitting mechs and other vehicles. But they better known for the devastating weapons they create. At the moment, we are trying to develop a special type of weapon that uses a nuclear warhead. This weapon will be designed primarily for defensive purposes only. This weapon will not contradict the AERES convention, as it is not used for offensive purposes. We are also beginning to design a new style of weapons known as the TYPE-XX weapons. These weapons are an updated copy of all the weapons originally designed by FASA. Their difference will be that they are going to be stronger, more heat efficient, and lighter. Many of them will even have their names changed so that it would not be considered plagiarism. Oh, and, do not expect me to put on new Battlemechs every day because it takes me a while to create mechs that have a different setup than other people. Plus, I take as much time as possible to perfect my custom units. Not that It takes me weeks or months, though.

Armory Divisions: 

S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Armories is not a single company that takes orders and designs whatever is on the contract. As stated, Armories, this company is made of many other companies that do different jobs.

Those are the separate divisions within S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Armories.

Departments: 

Tana Logan hated bureaucracy with an absolute passion. However, he also knew that without the right �Red-Tape�, Spectre Armories would not function properly. As such, he set up five departments, each responsible for monitoring and assisting each of the five divisions within Spectre Armories.
This is the list of departments in order of importance:

Department of Corporate Management: 
The Department of Corporate Management, DCM, is responsible for verifying every single decision occurring within the Armory. Though consisting of just a few people, CEO included; this department is the �head� of the company. HEAD:Tana Logan 

Department of Finance 
The Department of Finance, DF, is responsible for setting the budgets in the company. They are also responsible for deciding which contracts to take. Without this department, far too much money would be spent in research and development, quickly leaving Spectre Armories in heavy debt. HEAD:John Felver 

Department of External Services: 
The Department of External Services, DES, is responsible for going to other companies and making deals, contracts, and/or licenses. This is useful when Spectre Armories needs equipment exclusive to other Armories/companies. Though most of the supplies are built right here in our divisions, sometimes, recourses are limited and we will need things cross-company. HEAD:Cheng Wein 

Department of Research & Development 
The Department of Research & Development, DR&D;, is the only department housing technicians and scientists. This is the place where new technology is pioneered and old equipment is either revised or upgraded. HEAD:Richard Carthon 

Department of Product Distribution 
The Department of Product Distribution, DPD, is responsible for making absolutely certain that all products are properly inspected to the highest possible degree of engineering. They are also responsible for seeing that all contracts are filled, (They must see that all products get to the clients). HEAD:Aaron Shelths 

It must be understood that even if these departments CAN (and DO) make their own decisions, none of these decisions are carried out without the DCM�s consent.

Licenses 

Spectre Armories currently has a legitimate license with Defiance Industries. We are trying very hard to acquire more licenses from other companies. However, the Department of External Service has been doing a very poor job of negotiating with outside armories. Tana has had to step up several times in order to clean the mess made by the department. Had he not joined in with the ambassador (so to speak), Defiance Industries would have blatantly refused to accept the alliance. 

Special License 

Spectre Armories Is willing to accept offers from other companies. At the moment, we are only accepting offers for licenses on our exclusive designs.

Its is Ares Convention does prohibit nukes.

I dabble in Mixed tech too, but I do have a problem with over use of lvl3 tech which seems to appear quite often, most of your mechs are also undergunned, please work on it

well seeing the new version I have only a few gripes....
Too many mechs are mixed lvl3 which automatically makes it munch in most cases, though the mechs are heavily undergunned (ex. that 100 ton mixed lvl3 with 12 erml and one missle system), second is even with the fluff of the mech and the armory some of the mechs tech and faction assignment dont make sense at all (though the mechs themselves are fine), those two are minor compared to this last one......Your attempts to remake the Templar (what you were expecting mabey Alan Alda? I am a Templar pilot) are either way off, total faluires, or make no sense what so ever (or sometimes all three). If you really wanna make a good Templar upgrade contact me or another Templar pilot.

(And if you were expecting me to be a bit more, well whatever, considering whats happening in the flame area of the forums, I try to keep buisness and personal life seperate.)

Your armory(ies) show a lot of promise, but you seem to have a love for lvl3 mixed-tech. This isn't bad thing, it's just mixed-tech mechs are hard to mass produce, even more so if they are lvl3. For the cost of a lvl3 assault mech you very well could buy a lance of lvl 2 heavies that have better firepower. I think you could easily make some kick @$$ mechs if you try to use lvl2 tech. Also, I think the development of Nukes is prohibited by the Ares Convention (though I could be mistaken).

Overview:
Information on the Zealot is extremely limited. All that could be recorded can be seen in this report from Director Indraha of the ISF:

“On March 2nd, 3065, I committed two hundred and fifty DEST infantry to combat with the Word of Blake forces residing In the Benjamin District of Draconis Combine. Kurita’s personal guard backed these units. We had intended to drive the Blakists off our worlds without severe, urban devastation. Unfortunately for Kurita, the Word of Blake operatives were well prepared for the counter-attack. Within hours of the initial beachhead, both of our forces were cut by fifty percent.

Most of the combat was held on a door to door basis, which gave my DEST insurmountable odds at surviving. To add to the humility, the Word of Blake had found a way to develop battle armour half the size of House-faction equivalents. In fact, it was this armour that had caused so much ruin. 

One record, clearly noted by a couple of my troops, depicts a group of invisible, medium weight armour, the size of a light suit, slicing their comrades to shreds prior to jumping into and hovering in the air.

I can only visualize that these suits are stolen Sylph suits that have been modified to equip the new mimetic armour. If this is true, then the Word of Blake may have an unlikely edge over the counter-terrorist forces of the Inner Sphere.” 

Capabilities:
Data is extremely limited, which means that the following description may or may no be exact.

The Zealot is armed with twin, heavy-battle-vibro claws as its main weapon. Coupled with its mimetic armour and hovering capability, the Zealot is privileged to jump on targets and commence cutting slabs of armour off. Such aptitude is even more deadly against other battle armour and infantry.


Deployment:
This unit has only been seen in the Word of Blake combat groups. It is still unclear what other terrorist organizations have the Zealot.

Nor were your choice of combatants. DEST troopers would laugh in the face of a BA with Vibro Claws. DEST troopers are specifically trained to engage enemies in close quarters combat. They would make mince out of this BA. 
However, it's a good concept and has some unique flavor.

Its a Mixteched design which is typically not a good sign. Now, its a a medium design, with full movement for VTOL, which will make it legal in both sets. But the armor, even mimetic, and the nonexistant armament.....its not very attractive.
