Nice, used it in MechWarriors for LRP missions or where I thought the Gauss Rifle would be more of a hindrance.
As this is one of my all time favorite Mechs and Ghost Bear one of my favorite Clans, I will not rate this. (But if I had it would have been high marks, hint, hint)

Overview:

The Blink Raptor is a successful merger of Clan mobility, durability and firepower without compensating for one or the other.
It was originally a Clan Smoke Jaguar OmniMech that was scraped in favor of the Stormcrow.   After the Clan Invasion it was found among the Smoke Jaguars and Ghost Bears as a counter to Spheroid hit and run tactics.   The name comes from a genetically altered breed of Raptors on Strana Mechty who stalk their prey silently then attack with unsurpassed speed and precision.

Capabilities:

The base chassis works around heavy armor protection and speed.   Also, it is one of the few OmniMechs utilizing MASC making it unique.   The Blink Raptor can reach a top speed of 151.2 kph, and in most configurations, jump 180 meters.     Normally jump jets are equipped on the base chassis but the Blink Raptor has the option of pod-mounting them allowing for greater design flexibility.

Variants:

Configuration Prime is a favorite among Blink Raptor MechWarriors.   It carries six pod mounted jump jets which gives it better mobility in irregular terrain.   The right arm holds an ER large laser as its primary weapon with a sufficient reach and punch at long range.   When it closes in, the left arm holds six ER small lasers in an arrangement similar to the Nova prime.   The right torso has a Streak SRM-6 system for a suitable compliment at medium and short range.
Alternate configuration A carries a heavy hitting weapon that can ruin most light 'Mechs in a single shot.   The right arm swaps the ER large laser for an ER PPC.   To keep it a threat at range an LB-5-X autocannon was placed in the left arm.   This configuration makes a decent fire support platform or pursuit 'Mech on open terrain.
Alternate configuration B is another fire support load out that carries twin LRM-15 launchers.   Each launcher carries enough ammunition for extended missions and comes equipped with an Artemis IV fire control system.   When ammo becomes low, or enemies close, it can rely on dual ER medium lasers in the right torso.
Alternate configuration C draws inspiration from the Kit Fox and Viper with a sophisticated electronics package and jump capabilities.   It has both an ECM and Active Probe making it an excellent scout.   It also has a trio of AMS systems to help it evade missile fire.   A flamer was installed to deal with Inner Sphere infantry.   To defend itself it has two ER medium lasers and an SRM-4 system arranged similar to the Viper.
Alternate D draws inspiration from the Fire Moth with five ER medium lasers attached to a targeting computer.   It also carries pod mounted jump jets and enough heat sinks to fire all medium lasers with little worry of heat build up.   The right torso carries 2 flamers for anti-personnel work and a TAG system to aid LRM or artillery carriers on the field.

The annihilation of Clan Smoke Jaguar almost brought the design into extinction until it was adopted by Clan Ghost Bear and some of the other Invading Clans.   These new variants were created and are currently in use by them.

Alternate E carries dual ATM-6 launchers in a fashion similar to Alternate B.   It carries enough ammunition to utilize all types of ATMs.   The right torso carries dual ER medium lasers so it can defend itself if ammo runs out.
Alternate H is much like an updated Primary configuration.   The left arm switches the ER small lasers for their heavy versions and it drops the streak SRM launcher for an LRM-5 and targeting computer.   This variant is becoming popular because of its punch up close and accuracy at long range.
Alternate S was designed for urban combat and comes equipped with jump jets and anti personnel weapons.   It is becoming respectable because of the large pulse laser it carries in the right arm.   The left arm holds dual medium pulse lasers in the same fashion as the Viper.   For anti-personnel work it has dual machine guns in the right torso.

When the Jihad began new systems were being tested and some new variants were created.

Alternate F experiments with the new AP gauss rifle system.   A trio is held in the left arm and a single AP gauss is in the right supported by an ER PPC.   This configuration is valuable for anti-personnel work but has enough firepower to even do fire support.   It also carries an ECM suite in the left torso.
Alternate G is extremely specialized and most of the pod space is used for a class 20 hyper assault gauss rifle.   The new system is in the right arm and has enough ammunition for an extended battle.   When it closes in, it can rely on two ER medium lasers, in the left arm and right torso.

Deployment

Upon its initial creation, the Blink Raptor was purely a Smoke Jaguar design, but it was later used by Clan Ghost Bear.   After the annihilation of the Jaguars, Clan Ghost Bear produced the design and other Clans took interest in it, specifically Clans Nova Cat, Ice Hellion, and Hell's Horses.   The design is used as a fast striking support unit and is usually deployed in pairs, each a different variant.

I like it: a good mix between mobility, protection and firepower.
I am not sure about all the configurations as I have not tested all the weapons but this 'Mech has potential.

After three new OmniMechs were created Clan Ghost Bear scientists came up with one more. It was almost scrapped, but with the previous experience from the other designs, the Khan approved. The final OmniMech, Valravn, was designed to work alongside the Wil-o'-Wisp as fire support and a stronger transport.

Capabilities

The theme is followed with this OmniMech using MASC to push it further. It has a slower base speed than the Viper, plus it is lighter and less durable, but this OmniMech has more firepower through a forgiving base configuration and more pod space. Jump jets can be pod mounted if required.

Where the Wil-o'-Wisp focuses on dropping Battle Armor and harassing the enemy the Valravn will flank them with suprising maneuverability and firepower. In most situations it will double as a Battle Armor carrier while providing cover fire.

Battle History

The Valravn saw battle on the Delta Galaxy front against Clan Wolf. It was not as successful as the other OmniMech designs, but, it performed its role well enough to earn its place. This is because the Viper set the bar with its maneuverability.

Clan Ghost Bear has always been the last Clan to adapt. Warriors see the potential of the Valravn and the results are getting much better as they become used to the design. One Warrior managed to take down a Wolf Dire Wolf before dropping off Battle Armor.

Deployment

Clan Ghost Bear is the only Clan using the Valravn. It is found among Alpha, Delta and Omega Galaxies like its newer sisters. It is much too early for other Clans to consider adopting this OmniMech but we suspect Clan Snow Raven would want it.

Known Variants

Each variant is designed with the Viper's fighting style in mind combined with the firepower of the Kit Fox. They cover a scope of fighting styles, from flanking to urban recon. Warriors seem to prefer the high-firepower variants because the Wil-o'-Wisp, a common starmate, needs the cover fire.

The Primary configuration is a mix of firepower and speed molding well into Clan Ghost Bear tactics. It has ER Small Lasers arranged on the arm like a Nova Prime with an ER Large Laser. Jump jets are pod mounted to give it a bonus in mobility. An SRM-6 system gives it some extra firepower.

Alternate A is a strange fire support configuration becoming a favorite among our striker stars. An LB 5-X paired with an ER PPC gives it a reach which cannot be beat by other OmniMechs in its class. These tactics were borrowed from the Mad Dog.

Alternate B is a missile support configuration capable of launching 35 LRM's in a single salvo. Its enough to put other light OmniMechs down. Dual LRM-15's with an LRM-5 are its main weapons supported by an ER Medium Laser.

Alternate C draws its inspiration from the Viper Prime, and, the electronics array found on the Kit Fox. It comes with an Active Probe, ECM suite, a trio of AMS, and TAG making it a great recon machine. It can defend itself with dual ER Medium Lasers supported by an SRM-4. Also, it shines in an urban enviornment due to its pod mounted jump jets.

Alternate D is usually paired with C because it acts as a spotter. It has a TAG system plus jump jets, and, a significant boost in firepower. Five ER Medium Lasers linked to a Targeting Computer is a dangerous loadout seen on the Fire Moth D, a favorite of Clan Ghost Bear. A flamer gives it anti-infantry capabilities.

Alternate E is a multi-role design much like the prime, but, it uses an advanced ATM-9 system. It is supported by an ER Large Laser and dual ER Medium Lasers.

Alternate G uses a massive HAG-20 system giving it reach outside of most Clan OmniMechs. This system is supported by dual ER Medium Lasers.

Alternate H is a parody of the Primary Configuration using Heavy Lasers. It has a Heavy Small Laser arrangement like the Primary configuration supported by a Heavy Large Laser. The SRM-6 was replaced with four Machine Guns.

Alternate M is great for combating enemy Battle Armor. It comes with quad Medium Pulse Lasers and a trio of AP Gauss Rifles. Jump jets are added for extra mobility.

A and E configs are my favorites for the 'Mech. Just love that ranged punch that the A puts into the fight. The E is just a nice all-around that would give a Griffin fits, especially with the speed that 'Mech can get up to.

The M is another nice design, especially with the JJ's onbard.
Nice all-around design. Well deserving of the rating, a bit more fluff would have pushed up even higher.

Overview

After the success of the Klondike Heavy OmniMech, Khan Bjorn Jorgensson ordered that scientists and technicians create 2 more OmniMechs. The first OmniMech, dubbed the Wil-o'-Wisp, was a recommendation of saKhan Aletha Kabrinski based on her own personal tastes.

Essentially, it is a heavier version of the FireMoth OmniMech loved by Clan Ghost Bear striker stars. Paired with the Klondike, or even by itself, it is a real danger to some OmniMechs which fall in classes above it.

Capabilities

The Wil-o'-Wisp is basically a heavier Fire Moth chassis in order to give it more armor. It is 30 tons but with no loss of key features which made the Fire Moth so unique. MASC is one of these features, combined with a heavy engine, giving the 30 ton chassis the same movement profile.

Another key feature is compatibility with old Fire Moth pods. The pod space is exactly the same despite the new chassis. This compatibility means there is barely a logistical issue, and, Fire Moth pilots can enjoy the configurations they have become accustomed to. Still, new configurations were created because of its increase in survivability. The Wil-o'-Wisp can perform the same roles as the Fire Moth and engage targets much larger than itself for more glory.

This upgrade is still used as an Elemental carrier and is much more reliable delivering them in the heat of combat.


Battle History
 

Some Mercenary warriors were quick to give it a name, Bakhtak, which is a demon that haunts you while you sleep causing paralysis. Their suprise, seeing a Fire Moth chassis survive two Gauss Rifle hits, was enough to stop them in their tracks. The dishonorable surats tried to escape and quickly learned that the Wil-o'-Wisp was just as fast.

In a trial against two Clan Wolf warriors, one in a Timber Wolf and another in a Gargoyle, a Wil-o'-Wisp managed to defeat both using the Primary configuration. The Wolf warriors thought they were facing a Fire Moth even though our Ghost Bear Warrior informed them otherwise.

Deployment

Clan Ghost Bear is the only clan using the Wil-o'-Wisp as of now. It can be found in units who have received the Klondike, such as Alpha, Delta and Omega Galaxy. Other Clans have shown some interest in the design, specifically Clan Snow Raven. Clan Wolf has an animosity toward it.

Known Variants

It is important to note that each Fire Moth variant can be applied to the base chassis with no issues. Some of these variants are still in use among the Warrior Caste, specifically Fire Moth Prime, Alternate D and Alternate H.

The Primary configuration has become one of the standard Wil-o'-Wisp a Warrior will use. It has an ER Small Laser arrangement much like the Medium Laser arrangement on the Nove Prime plus and ER Medium Laser. An SRM-6 was added for some extra firepower.

Alternate A is build with reconassiance in mind carrying ECM, Active Probe and TAG. It can defend itself with dual ER Medium Lasers and Machine Guns.

Alternate B is a fire support configuration carrying AMS to block enemy missile fire. It can fire back with an ER Medium Laser and LRM-10 system giving it a decent reach.

Alternate C is another support configuration with a Narc Missile Beacon. Warriors will rush in, fire the NARC plus three ER Small Lasers and one Medium Laser, and move around the target while other units fire missiles.

Alternate D is actually saKhan Aletha Kabrinski's idea first implemented on her own Fire Moth. Warriors with a lot of skill use this variant because of its long range. It has an ER Large Laser paired with a trio of ER Small Lasers. ECM is pod mounted on the leg.

Alternate E is kind of like A with dual ATM-3 launchers. It can use all types of ammunition available to the launcher. An ER Small Laser was added as back up.

Alternate G is used against enemy Battle Armor and Infantry. Four AP Gauss Rifles and a Flamer. Dual ER Medium Lasers round out the design.

Alternate H gives the Wil-o'-Wisp a harder punch with three Heavy Medium Lasers. These are linked to a Targeting Computer making them more accurate. An SRM-6 was added as a finishing gun.

Alternate M is one of the most maneuverable OmniMechs in the Clan front lines. It has huge jumping capabilities paired with dual ER Medium Lasers. It is a very hard target to pin down by even the most experienced Clan Warriors.

Overview

    The Summoner and Hellbringer have been the backbone for Clan Jade Falcon ever since the Invasion.  Over time their weakness’ have gotten the best them.  Near the end of year 3056, Khan Marthe Pryde ordered a new OmniMech be crafted in their image.  By mid 3057 scientists came up with the then prototype Hellraiser.  After review and testing, the Khan approved the immediate production of the OmniMech under a new name, the Jade Phoenix.  The name was chosen by the Khan because of the legend (The same way the Turkina got its name).

Capabilities

    The Jade Phoenix is a beautiful combination of both firepower and maneuverability.  It is largely based off of the Hellbringer’s chassis, borrowing most of its configurations and capabilities, but it successfully retains the mobility and flexibility of the Summoner.  Unlike the two, the Jade Phoenix has great armor protection allowing it to survive more often.

Variants

    The Primary configuration is based off of the Summoner Prime.  It retains the PPC and LRM-15 launcher but drops the LB-X autocannon for a large laser.  Up close, the Jade Phoenix relies on 3 SRM-6 systems in spread among the legs and right torso.  Unlike the Summoner Prime, this configuration carries enough ammunition for prolonged engagements.
    Alternate A is based off of the Hellbringer Prime.  Each arm has a PPC linked to a targeting computer, housed in the right torso.  Only this time it has enough heat sinks to fire both PPCs with little worry of heat build up.  The left torso houses a Streak SRM-6 system for close-range.  In case of infantry it has a machine gun in each leg.  This configuration lacks the active probe and AP pods, but retains ECM to jam enemy radar and equipment.
    Alternate B was originally designed for urban combat but it can work well at medium range.  The right arm carries a large and medium pulse laser, plus another medium pulse is in the right torso.  The left arm has an LB-10 X autocannon with 2 tons of ammunition, both cluster and slug.  Warriors have found this configuration useful because of its specialized combination of weapons.  It also carries AP pods in the legs and an Active Probe.
    Alternate C is probably the deadliest of all configurations.  It is used for dueling or whenever close combat is expected.  The right arm carries a massive ultra autocannon 20 with 3 tons of ammunition.  The left arm is the traditional follow up that carries 6 medium lasers.  The rest of its pod space was used for heat sinks, and depending on the pattern of fire, warriors have little worry of heat buildup.
    Alternate D is strictly for fire support.  Each arm carries an LRM-20 with two tons of ammo supported by a large laser.  The variant can run hot so warriors usually fire the large lasers followed by the LRM’s.  With the chassis’ fixed jump jets this configuration makes a deadly foe.
    Alternate E is a copy of Alternate D which replaces the LRM-20 launchers with ATM-12 launchers.  It carries enough ammunition to mount each type of ammo making it extremely flexible in combat.  Because of weight limitations, the large lasers were swapped for medium lasers.  It also carries an anti-missile system and light active probe.
    Alternate H is another deadly configuration consisting mostly of heavy lasers.  The left arm is equipped with dual heavy large lasers linked to a targeting computer.  It has enough heat sinks to dissipate most of the heat giving it awesome short range firepower.  At long range it can hold its own with a PPC, which is also linked to the targeting computer, making it a decent sniper.
    Alternate G experiments with the HAG system and AP gauss rifles.  It carries a massive HAG-30 with enough ammunition for most engagements.  It also carries a PPC which is backed by dual AP gauss rifles.  The HAG and PPC give this configuration a one-two punch making it deadly at all ranges.

Deployment

    As of 3060, Clan Jade Falcon is the only Clan that uses the design.  It has not replaced the Hellbringer and Summoner but it is slowly moving its way onto the front-lines.  Other Clans have shown an interest in the design, particularly the Steel Vipers, Hell’s Horses, and Wolves, who have attempted to acquire them.

I didn't put ATM's because the initial Prime configuration was based around 3057-58 (AFIK, not available or widely available yet). The SRM's are in the legs because 1-somewhat goes with the art, and 2-I wanted to try something off the wall.

I have just two comments regarding your Primary Configuration: why put SRM in your legs and instead of having so many different Missile systems, why not give it ATM to increase its flexibility?

Overview
 

With the success of the Executioner and the introduction of new OmniMechs such as the Linebacker, Clan Ghost Bear went to the drawing board to create another one of their own. It was ideal for them to create an OmniMech that could keep up with both Viper and Fire Moth designs. This way, striker star commanders could have an ideal command vehicle without resorting to slower machines.

This OmniMech was meant to be produced after Turkayyid. It was postponed several times after Khan Jorgensson ordered relocation into their inner sphere occupation zone. After these hard times, the result was the Klondike, a fast-striking heavy OmniMech that is a match for Omni?s in its class and below it. The name of the OmniMech comes from the success of General Kerensky during Operation: Klondike when the Clans overthrew the pentagon worlds. It is also a reference to the struggles Clan Ghost Bear went through moving from the pentagon world to their new occupation zone.

Capabilities
 

A tactic in popular use by Clan Ghost Bear is deploying fast OmniMechs to drop elementals in battle or behind enemy lines. The Klondike works as an able elemental carrier much like the Fire Moth and Viper but has more pod space for weapons and other useful equipment. Like the Viper it has good armor protection, and like the Fire Moth it utilizes the MASC system to give it a burst of speed in special situations. For being a heavy machine, the Klondike can move up to 129.6 KPH which is more than enough speed to perform its role.

Battle History
 

Omega Galaxy was among the first to recieve the design so they could test them against the Draconis Combine. As they faught configurations Prime, A, B, C and D started to form. The results were magnificent, so, the Klondike started to appear among other galaxies like Delta and Alpha, who came up with the rest of the configurations.

A warrior among Omega Galaxy reported that the spheroids refer to the OmniMech as the Raging Bear.

Deployment
 

Clan Ghost Bear is the only known Clan to deploy the Klondike. In only a short time it has become useful. The Klondike is commonly found among striker stars as a command vehicle or a compliment to other heavy stars because of its specialized configurations. Most MechWarriors prefer it as an alternative to both aging Mad Dog and Hellbringer OmniMechs, though not a replacement.

Known Variants
 

Each variant was designed to handle a different situation, and, overall with striker fire support in mind. The Klondike is basically a much heavier scout than normal. The only variant which stands out is C which is designed specifically for a short duel. Because of its high speed it has no problems flanking anything heavier or lighter than it. This is all with heavy OmniMech firepower.

The Primary configuration is a generalist which comes equipped with a powerful ER PPC paired with an ER Large Laser. Both of these weapons are linked to a targeting computer. A Streak SRM-6 is supplied when the Klondike closes in. The variant is complete with dual machine guns and an Active Probe.

Alternate A is a configuration designed for urban combat, and, is capable of hitting fast targets accurately. Dual Large Pulse Lasers are its main weapons supported by quad Machine Guns. The rest of the pod space is reserved for Anti Missile Systems plus electronics like Active Probe, ECM, and TAG. A Pods are mounted in the legs to protect it from anti-BattleMech infantry.

Alternate B is a fire support configuration. It has dual LRM-20's plus and LRM-10 for firing at long range. When it closes in it can rely on quad ER Medium Lasers.

Alternate C is one of the most dangerous of the configurations designed with Clan dueling in mind. It carries a massive Ultra AC/20 supported by six ER Medium Lasers, arranged like those on a Nova Prime. This variant can run a little hot, but, the extra heat is worth it.

Alternate D is arguably more dangerous than Alternate C. An almost perfect sniper, it comes equipped with two ER PPC's linked to a Targeting Computer. As a support element it carries an ECM suite.

Alternate E is another genaralist due to its ATM-12 launcher. It carries enough ammo to launch all types of ammunition. This configuration has dual ER Large and ER Small Lasers to round out its armment.

Alternate G is a genaralist with a layout much like the Prime. This configuration has a new HAG-20 system supported by an ER Large Laser giving it deadly long range capabilities. Up close it can rely on a Streak SRM-6 and dual AP Gauss Rifles.

Alternate H is the final official configuration carrying a massive amount of Heavy Lasers. 6 Heavy Small Lasers are arranged in a Nova Prime fasion, plus, a Heavy Large Laser. These weapons are paired with its main gun, a Gauss Rifle.

Alternate M is a jumping configuration with flanking in mind. It has an ER Large Laser and Heavy Large Laser which are fired separately depending on range. A trio of SRM-6 launchers provide a deadly short range attack. It also features a Light Active Probe.

While not official yet, there is an Artillery Configuration experimenting with an Arrow IV Launcher. The most common version has a trio of Medium Pulse Lasers with ECM for backup.

Nova Captain Daniel was once a Fire Moth pilot, and stuck by it, through Turkayyid and after. With his supurb performance in the Fire Moth we felt he deserved a new OmniMech so he could both test it and command his newly formed Trinary. He was already acustomed to MASC so he adapted well, thus, he has become one of the most feared Klondike pilots in the Clan. Daniel has more than 5 kills in his new machine, all Clan Wolf warriors.

The Nova Captain came up with his own configuration which he says is a mix of Fire Moth and Mad Dog tactics. It is another configuration with jump jets giving the Klondike impressive mobility for a Heavy OmniMech. For long range it has an ER Large Laser with duel LRM-15 Launchers. Up close, it has six ER Small Lasers which can be extreamly dangerous. This OmniMech can run a little hot but it is something Daniel says he is used to, Fire Moth D being his favorite configuration.

Nice OmniMech.

I don't think mixing LRM-10 and LRM-20 on Configuration B is the best option but this is up to you.

Also during Operation Klondike, General Kerensky was already dead but his son was leading the Clans.

Overview
 

Over the last couple years a new OmniMech was identified among Clan Ghost Bear. It was released after the Klondike as an effort to deliver more firepower, much faster, on the front lines.

The focus of this OmniMech was making the best use of OmniTech from all classes on one elegant chassis. Where other OmniMechs focus on adapting to multiple situations this one focuses on adapting to multiple weight classes. It sounds impossible at first but Clan Ghost Bear managed to do it on a borderline medium chassis.

Capabilities
 

The Ragnarok is a blend of all heavy class OmniMechs, plus Executioner, on a light and simple frame. It borrows configurations from the Mad Dog, Hellbringer, Summoner, Timber Wolf, and surprisingly Executioner. These are put on a smaller chassis which improves some of their inherent weaknesses.
 

Hellbringer warriors love the increase in armor, mobility, and heat sinks. Summoner and Mad Dog warriors love the extra mobility with no reduction in firepower and armor. Timber Wolf warriors appreciate the burst of speed from MASC, and, love the idea of moving away from a machine created by Clan Wolf. Executioner warriors still prefer their Assault chassis, but, those who use the Ragnarok love how the Executioner Prime is available for their chassis.

Deployment
 

The Ragnarok is rapidly becoming the workhouse of Clan Ghost Bear. Omega and Delta Galaxy love the design and Alpha is considering adding it to their ranks. Its speed allows it to fill roles in striker stars most heavy OmniMechs cant fill.

Known Variants
 

Each variant is borrowed from the Executioner, Mad Dog, Hellbringer, Summoner, and Timber Wolf and equipped onto the Ragnarok's base chassis. On one mission, a warrior my require the maneuverability of the Summoner, and if the firepower of a Mad Dog and Hellbringer is required later, it can be refitted as needed.

In summary:

Primary is a Hellbringer Prime.
Alternate A is an Executioner Prime.
Alternate B is a Summoner Prime with a Flamer, more Autocannon ammo, and less LRM-15 ammo.
Alternate C is a Mad Dog A.
Alternate D is a Mad Dog C with more Gauss Rifle ammo.
Alternate E is a Mad Dog Prime.
Alternate F is a Timber Wolf A with an Active Probe and ECM suite.
Alternate G is a Summoner D without the ER Small Laser.

Alternate H is a warrior created configuration using the latest technologies with the Hellbringer in mind. It has a HAG-20 for long range backed up by an ATM-6 and ER Large Laser. Also, it has a trio of Heavy Medium Lasers and dual AP Gauss Rifles. A light active probe was added, and overall, it has a layout similar to a few Hellbringer and Summoner configurations.

Alternate I is a later edition carrying over the Ebon Jaguar A, only, without the Medium Pulse Laser and rear firing ER Medium Lasers.

Interesting concept but I find some of the Configurations a bit low on ammo, which is strange for a late era OmniMech.

I strongly approve of this concept. The drawbacks of slightly lighter armor, and a higher overheat are a manageable trade off in favor better speed and a larger Pod arrangement.

Overview

     Clan Smoke Jaguar created the Blood Jaguar in 3058 as a replacement for their slow-moving assault OmniMechs.  Their new design tries to retain heavy firepower on a good armored, fast-moving and jumping chassis.  Scientists went to work in 3055, borrowing concepts from the Turkina, Dire Wolf, and Executioner.  After 3 years of work, the goal was successful and the OmniMech became wildly accepted among the Clan.

Capabilities

     The Blood Jaguar can move at impressive speed with a heavy, 360 XL fusion engine.  It also mounts four jump jets, spread in each torso, allowing it to overcome harsh terrain.  Warriors respect the maneuverability and use it to avail.  The Blood Jaguar can reach areas the Dire Wolf could not, where it will use its firepower to deadly capacity.
     The machine has been tested a few times before deployment, successfully, but it is still produced in limited numbers.  Most Blood Jaguars are in use by assault star commanders or star captains where they can effectively supplement their forces.

Variants

     Blood Jaguar primary is the first configuration created by Star Captain Alan, a ristar, during the first test run.  It is almost a direct copy of the Turkina Prime.  This configuration relies on dual PPC’s with a gauss rifle.  Together, they provide deadly firepower at long range, capable of disabling lighter OmniMechs in a single blow.  In each torso is housed an LRM-15 launcher with a single ton of ammunition, which are used when the PPC’s run it too hot.
     Alternate A is built for multi-role combat with some armament capable of accurately targeting Elementals.  The left arm is packed with five medium pulse lasers which can cause a lot of damage with extreme accuracy.  The majority of the configuration borrows concept from the Executioner Prime, using a gauss rifle and dual large lasers to hurt targets at range.  As an added bonus, it carries a streak SRM-6 launcher for some extra power.
     Alternate B is close copy of the Executioner B, using an ultra autocannon 20 linked to a targeting computer.  Other weapons include a PPC, large pulse laser, medium pulse laser, and small pulse laser.  Alternate B has earned the respect of many warriors and is often used in duels or city battles.  The weapons are somewhat minimal for the design, but most say the targeting computer makes up for it.
     Another dangerous configuration, though rare, is the Alternate C.  It is capable of launching 80 LRM’s in a single salvo.  When pared with star mates carrying narc missile beacons or TAG equipment, this configuration can cause some serious damage to just about anything.  When it runs out of missiles it relies on dual large lasers to defend itself.
     Alternate D takes after the awkward Warhawk B configuration, hoping to make some improvements.  The right arm carries four SRM-6 launchers with three tons of ammunition.  For long range combat it has a large laser and dual LRM-15 launchers.  To round out its armament it carries an ultra autocannon 10 in the right torso.  Those who use the configuration respect its versatility.
     Alternate E utilizes new advanced tactical missile 9 launchers housed in each torso.  It carries enough ammunition so it can use each type of missile with little worry of running out.  In the right arm it has an LB-10-X autocannon with two tons of ammunition, allowing for both cluster and slug munitions.  To round out its weapons, it carries a PPC and medium pulse laser.
     Alternate H runs extremely hot for warriors who do not bracket fire.  It tries to incorporate new heavy laser technology and it does just fine.  The left arm carries a heavy large and medium laser which can cause a lot of damage to a single target.  When it opens a hole, it uses the right arm’s LB-20-X autocannon, which carries enough cluster and slug ammunition.  To round out the configuration, it has four medium pulse lasers and a PPC.
     Alternate S is an urban configuration equipped with accurate firepower.  Its primary weapons are three large pulse lasers and a medium pulse laser, capable of causing heavy damage with extreme accuracy.  Up close, it uses six SRM-6 launchers for the final blow.  For anti-infantry work it carries a small pulse laser and four machine guns.

Deployment

     The Blood Jaguar is used exclusively by Clan Smoke Jaguar as a command vehicle.  It has been sighted against the Inner Sphere in a few battles where it has preformed outstandingly.  It is believed that the Blood Jaguar will eventually replace most Dire Wolf OmniMechs by 3065.

I don't know how it lacks armor, it is at 96%, but I understand the XL flaw. Otherwise, it's not the machine's fault if the enemy outsmarts the pilot.

Lacks armor and survivability due to the XL engine. but it has lots of fire power it could be a killer in clan duels but against Smart IS players you will die.

Just minor critique and its with the final two configs, the Jags died before they could get their hands on the ATM and Heavy Lasers. If you had included that the design was captured by those Clans who had taken over the former Jaguar holdings, then it would seem a bit more in keeping with the canon timeline.

Still, an impressive Omni with some scary configs.

Nice!

The image, even though it is C&P, is very nice...it seems like an actual CBT design. The omni's are well thought out, and are very nice with those jump jets. It really makes me think of the original clan 'mech designs. Very nice job.

Overview

    The XL engine has been a standard for OmniMechs but they make the chassis weaker.  With the addition of endo steel or ferro fibrous, it becomes more expensive and sacrifices valuable pod space.  The trade-off is usually good but Clan Blood Spirit decided to try something a little different.  After years in the making, the dangerous and reliable Goliath marched off of the assembly lines in 3055.  A huge success, other Clans showed interest and obtained them by 3058.

Capabilities

    The Goliath is comparable to the Dire Wolf or Warhawk when it comes to firepower.  It relies on powerful energy weapon systems and high-powered ballistics for most of the configurations.  The chassis is slow compared to other assault mechs but it has survivability due to its lack of an XL engine.  Also, its lack of specialty armor and internals makes it less expensive than a typical OmniMech.  Easy to repair, easy to maintain, and with more than enough pod space to mount heavy weapons, the Goliath is more than welcome on the front lines.

Variants

    The Primary Configuration is a generalist, fairly popular among Clan Blood Spirit command.  The right arm carries two large lasers and the center torso carries a large pulse laser.  The left arm has a 20 class ultra autocannon for anything that survives enough to close in on the Goliath.  As backup, it relies on a streak SRM-6 system above the right shoulder.
    Alternate A is a dangerous and extremely valuable sniper.  Each arm carries dual large lasers which are linked to a targeting computer.  Its slow speed is barely a weakness for this configuration because of its accuracy at long range.  Amazingly, it carries enough heat sinks to fire them with little worry about heat buildup.  As a bonus, it carries dual AMS and a streak SRM-6.
    Alternate B is another generalist, more popular than the Primary configuration.  The right arm carries a powerful gauss rifle paired with a PPC within the center torso.  When the enemy closes in, it relies on 6 medium lasers in the left arm and a dual streak SRM 6 system.  It is capable of performing several roles but this configuration is often used in duels.
    Alternate C is a dangerous missile platform.  Each arm has dual LRM-20 launchers with enough ammunition to survive a short battle.  For backup it carries quad medium pulse lasers and a narc missile beacon.  Despite being so deadly it is rare due to its specialized nature.
    Alternate D was designed for dueling, but other Clans have used it extensively for urban battles.  Among the invading clans, this variant is found near the border where it can cause havoc to spheroids.  It carries three large pulse lasers and an LB-20-X autocannon which perform well in urban warfare.  Surprisingly, it has enough ammunition to carry both cluster and slug types, making it more versatile.
    The Goliath was revised with new technologies outside of the Blood Spirit’s grasp.  Amazingly, these are probably the most destructive.
    Alternate E showcases new ATM systems.  The left arm carries dual ATM-6 launchers with sufficient ammunition for short engagement.  When the ATM’s run dry, this variant can rely on dual PPCs and a central large pulse laser.  As a bonus, the right torso holds three small pulse lasers.
    Alternate H is the deadly heavy laser configuration.  The right arm holds two heavy large lasers which can cause extensive damage to any chassis.  The left arm and center torso has large lasers to make up for the heavy large lasers short range.  All laser weapons are linked to a targeting computer and can be bracket-fired with little worry about heat.  When the enemy closes it can rely on 3 SRM-6 systems.  This variant has become very popular among the Clans.
    Alternate S was designed for specialized combat against the Inner Sphere and is the only jumping configuration.  This version carries an amazing number of pulse lasers making it deadly in medium and short range.  It can use its 3 large pulse lasers in long range, then rely on two medium and three small pulse lasers up close.  It also has 3 SRM-6 systems, a flamer, and an active probe.
    Alternate G relies on the heavy HAG-40 weapon in its left arm.  It is heavy and bulky, but it has enough ammunition to last a while in battle.  The right arm holds dual large lasers which have about the same range as the HAG.  To round out the config it carries 3 medium lasers.

Deployment

    In the beginning, Clan Blood Spirit created the Goliath complete with its Primary, A, B, C, and D configurations.  They wreaked havoc in the homeworlds and survived plenty of engagements, catching the attention of other Clans.  Other Clans purchaced or won the design, where it was then upgraded with S, E, H, and G variants.  After several trials and raids, Clan Blood Spirit aquired the new configuration.  The Goliath is found in every Clan, more common among the homeworlds and little among the Inner Sphere.

Overview

"You know, there is a new OmniMech on the Ghost Bear border that can run faster than a Phoenix Hawk?"
"...You're kidding, right?"
"No. It's called the Deathshrieker."
"I don't believe you."
"I'm dispossessed an paralyzed... and I piloted an Atlas."

When the Executioner entered the Inner Sphere it was capable of doing things they have never thought possible. An assault BattleMech moving at such speed without loss in firepower was shocking to those facing it. Khan Bjorn Jorgensson saw this and wanted to renew this feeling of misconfort and show the Clans are still superior. This time, not only among the Inner Sphere, but among opposing Clan warriors.

This new OmniMech is called the Iron Banshee.

Capabilities

At 80 tons, it carries the heaviest engine rating an OmniMech can have, sharing a design much like the Gargoyle. The key difference is MASC. For an assault OmniMech it is capable of running over 100 kph making it the fastest in its class. This, combined with a look similar to the Executioner, is enough to renew the unsettling feeling Warriors experienced. It is, essentially, an assault OmniMech you cannot run. A true Clan Ghost Bear totem design.

Because of its speed it can fill a variety of roles unseen since the ancient Charger. The Iron Banshee can command a striker star, yet, keep up with striker forces and perform assault OmniMech duties. It can position itself much faster than any other assault OmniMech which makes it a staple for Clan Ghost Bear forces.

Battle History

Like the Wil-o'-Wisp and Klondike, the Iron Banshee started as part of Omega Galaxy. Here, warriors came up with their own standard configurations. Reports show that the Iron Banshee is a very efficient chassis with a nice spread of configurations for a variety of situations. It turned out to be an improvement over the Executioner and Gargoyle, or, exactly what both OmniMechs were trying to accomplish.

Clan Wolf warriors were shocked to see such a large OmniMech outperform their Linebacker. Not with firepower, but maneuvering. Putting an ER Large Laser on a Fire Moth can keep any warrior busy and discouraged, but, put assault OmniMech firepower and armor on it and Warriors have a new challenge to face. It was enough to renew the classic tenancy among wolf ranks.

Deployment

The Iron Banshee is only used by Clan Ghost Bear. It is found among Alpha, Omega and Delta Galaxies as a command vehicle. Some of them are part of striker stars because they move fast enough to keep up with lighter designs. Other Clans, specifically Snow Raven and Wolf, have shown interest in the design and it is unknown whether or not they will acquire them.

Known Variants

Each variant is designed based on variants from the Gargoyle and Executioner. They are equipped with powerful weapons like ER Large Lasers, ER PPC's, and Autocannons found among Ghost Bear ranks. Surprisingly, some of these variants are jump capable, though, it is not meant to jump all the time. It increases the OmniMech's movement rate through terrain difficulties.

The Primary variant is a mock of the Gargoyle prime and can perform the same role, immobilizing tanks and shooting fighters. It comes equipped with dual LB-2 X Autocannons plus cluster ammunition. ER Large Lasers are paired to match the long range. Up close it can rely on a Streak SRM-6 launcher.

Alternate A aims to cause a lot of damage at long at short range. For long range it has a massive Gauss Rifle paired with an ER PPC. Up close it has a trio of SRM-6 launchers with enough ammo to quickly finish its foe. Quad machine guns round out the design.

Alternate B is jump capable and focuses more on urban combat. Dual Large Pulse Lasers are great in an urban environment and completely outclass most Inner Sphere targets. Up close it has a trio of Streak SRM-4 launchers which can be paired with a trio of ER Medium Lasers.

Alternate C is based on an Executioner variant excellent at flanking unsuspected enemies. A massive LB-20 X Autocannon is its main weapon with both cluster and slug ammunition. A Large Pulse Laser, Medium Pulse Laser, and trio of Small Pulse Lasers finishes out the design.

Alternate D is a trial choice among MechWarriors because of its Class 20 Ultra Autocannon, capable of tearing apart the heaviest of OmniMechs in one shot. At long range it can fight with its ER PPC. Three Medium Pulse Lasers take up the remaining pod space giving it an accurate punch.

Alternate E covers multiple roles with its ATM-12 launcher. It also carries a Gauss Rifle and ER Large Laser. Most warriors seem to prefer this design for its flexibility at long and short range.

Alternate G carries arguably the heaviest Clan weapon, the HAG 40. Paired with an ER PPC it is unmatched at long range.

Alternate H is a heavy laser configuration designed to fight at short and medium range. Some warriors prefer this configuration when facing Inner Sphere opponents. Three Heavy Medium Lasers are paired with dual class 10 Ultra Autocannons.

The most dangerous configuration, Alternate M. It is the second jump capable variant carrying dual ER PPC's. When it closes in it has a ER Medium Laser arrangement similar to the Nova Prime. It is the most durable and efficient of all configurations.

What is it with people's love of 80 tonners that go 5/8? The 400XL engine is too heavy to make it worthwhile. If you go with a 70 ton 'mech that goes 5/8, you'll get 2 more tons of podspace and only lose 3 points of armor. If you go with a 75 tonner, you only get 1.5 more tons of podspace, but you get 10 more points of armor!

The only strange thing is the use of LB2-X in the Prime Configuration.

Pft... optimizing. Sure, I could, but that wouldn't be fun. I want an Assault Mech that moves as fast as I can push the Assault class. Is it smart? No. Is it fun? HELL YES.

Overview:

After a few years of research, the BSE-X4 Banshee II was created as a follow-up to the experimental BSE-X2 Banshee design.   Like its sister prototype, it has a number of advanced features that the Federated Commonwealth hopes to perfect and use on other light fighters.
The duel engine concept was more efficient with fuel but the extra weight requirements really hindered the Banshee's combat capabilities.   The old prototype had little firepower, armor, and speed for its class.   After a lot of field testing the Banshee II dropped the dual engine concept for a much heavier fusion engine.   The WAS 250 fusion engine gives it much better speed and maneuverability.   Extra weight was used for extra fuel which gives it some longevity.
The Banshee II keeps the advanced cockpit module used on the older prototype because of its usefulness.   The specially designed seat, controlled by an advanced computer, actually moves and reduces G-stress on the pilot.   The advanced cockpit can also pivot 90 degrees which allows the Banshee II to land just about anywhere at any time.   Also, it has an advanced, expensive and experimental VTOL system which improves its maneuverability significantly in combat.   Though it weighs more than the average VTOL system, this high-end version makes the Banshee II a very difficult target for just a little more fuel consumption.
Removing the turbine engine also allowed scientists to upgrade its armor and firepower.   The Banshee II carries 20% more armor than the original which makes it a little more durable, but it's still fragile for its weight class (64% average).   This disadvantage is covered by the advanced VTOL system but it will be determined by further testing.   The biggest improvement is its dual Magna MK III large lasers which, together, can cause significant damage to any target.

Capabilities:

BASICS

COMBAT

- When playing with the AeroSpace Support rules (page 70, BattleTech Compendium:   The Rules of Warfare), Banshee fighters are capable of making up to 4 attack runs before being forced to disengage.

- The special cockpit design of the Banshee grants the pilot a +2 to his/her piloting skill roll when making a blackout roll.

- When activated in the movement phase the advanced VTOL system uses 25% more fuel consumption.   When in use any unit targeting the Banshee suffers a +2 modifier.   Also, the Banshee spends -1 thrust point when changing its facing, evading, rolling, and performing advanced maneuvers.   Finally, the Banshee gets a -1 modifier for all control rolls.   The Banshee sacrifices 2 attack runs because of fuel consumption.
