Overview:

Redesigned from a share of Clan weapons and equipment salvage to help put you on level with the Clans. The new MAD-5BF is tough enough to go toe- to - toe with just about any Clan omni or second liner. Against any other Inner Sphere mech it is easily the superior mech. With it's twin gauss rifles and six tons of ammo, ( an almost unheard of 48 shots ) the MAD-5BF can deal devastating damage in ballistic weapons alone. Add to that the twin ER Medium lasers and a ER PPC, all of clan make; and you have a good defense and offense should you run dry on gauss ammo.


Capabilities:

Slow, as are most assault mechs, the MAD-5BF makes up for it in sheer firepower and armor. The mech is equipted with jump jets to help with manuverability, and for the pilot who is crazy enough to preform a D.F. A.B attack. The mech can deal out enough damage to remove nearly three tons of armor at 660 meters. Over all a mech that can possibly cripp;e another assult mech in the first volley, you can imagine what it wil do to all other wieght classes.


Configuration / Variants:

Currently a second configuration is on the drawing board. It replaces the ER PPC wit a A/C 20 or a Ultra A/C 20, of course more work will need to be done to get the best potential out of this variant.


Battle History:

Used heavily by our C.E.O before his retirement, the MAD-5BF found great favor in his old mercanary unit. The Kell Hounds and Wolf's Dragoons are rumored to be testing the MAD-5BF for there own use.


Deployment:

Currently in heavy use by the mercanary command Dame' Black Fury. A few have been sited out and about but may not be the same quaility as our product.

Good Mech, just do not believe anyone would be able to get that much Clan salvage and make it work.

Overview:

The Rifleman III is a new mech designed to resemble the original in appearance in all but weapons and combat ability. The new mech can slug it out with just about anything on the field and, like the original it can shoot down the areofighters and aircraft most mechs fear. The unit is very deadly to face with it's twin gauss rifles and ER large lasers, backing these up are the medium pulse lasers for close support and anti-infantry.


Capabilities:

The Rifleman III is a very capable machine in any type of engagment on the field, all of the mechs offinsive fire power is well suited for a assualt mech. The mech can fire all weapons and run with out fear of heat crippleing effects if the fire is staggered to allow a few moments to cool. As the payload is mostly long range the medium pulse lasers are not fired often in tandem with the main weapons.

There are no current variants in development.


Battle History:

This mech has seen no real combat as of yet. Though it has preformed outstandingly well in all test forums.


Deployment:

This design was a one of a kind that our founder designed from his pile of salvage in his free time during his paternety leave. Now it is offered to select groups for combat testing and possible sale for full combat.
